Pilot application privacy notice

We collect your representative details, business registration details, certificate, declarations and optional pilot interests to review eligibility, prevent duplicate applications and create an approved pilot workspace.

Only authorized platform administrators can review the certificate and private review notes. Status and activation links are emailed to your application address. Do not forward these private links.

Certificates are encrypted in storage and retained for a period that must be configured before applications open. Expired certificate files are removed by the configured retention cleanup job. Application details and decision history remain available to operate the pilot and maintain its review history.

We do not ask for director ID, Ghana Card, tax or bank statements, residential addresses, payment cards or integration passwords. Marketing consent is optional.
